Ridgeview Apartments is located in Statesville, with easy access to downtown Statesville, Signal Hill Mall, and Statesville Fitness and Activity Center. We are situated near many area employers and schools, including East Iredell Elementary, Statesville Middle School, Statesville High School, Mitchell Community College, Iredell Memorial Hospital, Piedmont HealthCare, Davis Regional Medical Center, Kewaunee Scientific, Manheim Statesville, JC Penney Distribution Center, ASMO North Carolina, and Doosan Portable Power. With our convenient location just minutes from I-77 and I-40, getting around the city is a breeze!

 

We are a pet-friendly community, accepting cats, dogs, and select exotic animals. A pet registration must be completed for all animals and you will be required to submit photos and veterinary records. We are excited to welcome you and your animals home to Ridgeview Apartments today!
